Annual Conference
Florida Local Environmental Resource Agencies 2011 Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota was a great success! Conference sessions were focused on helping Florida's environmental leaders develop and achieve their environmental and sustainability goals.

Professional Staff and Elected Officials from Cities, Counties and Special
Districts; Engineers, Consultants, Environmental Managers and Planners
in both the public and private sectors; and, Staff from Regional Planning
Councils, Water Management Districts and State Agencies, and members
of environmental groups.
Registration
The registration
fee included all sessions, conference materials, breaks, networking
opportunities, informative exhibits, a Welcome Reception, a Silent Auction,
the option of a pre-conference tour of Mote Main Laboratory, a luncheon,
and a Dinner Reception at Mote Marine Aquarium.

p.m. July 13, 2011. Attendee substitutions are allowed!

The Dinner
Reception was held at Mote Marine Aquarium. FLERA Conference registrants
had exclusive access to the Aquarium to explore the secrets of the sea
with touch pools; shark, dolphin, manatee and sea turtle exhibits; and
over 100 other species of marine life. Attendance for one adult was
included in your conference registration! Special thanks to Mote Marine
Aquarium for hosting this special reception.

The conference was held at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Sarasota located
at 1000 Boulevard of the Arts in Sarasota, Florida. After an extensive
$22 million renovation, the Hyatt Regency Sarasota now boasts a casually
sophisticated "Florida chic" feel inspired by the bright and
airy designs of Lilly Pulitzer.
